These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of greenwire.in and the information on it, operated by Greenwire Infocom Solutions Private Limited (“Greenwire”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

This website presents Greenwire's products — proof of movement, vehicle tracking, e-way bill automation, FASTag trails, Tally automation and our general trading platform — and our charcoal and textiles trade desks. The content is for general information. It is not an offer, a warranty, or professional, legal, tax or accounting advice.

2. Enquiries and engagement

Submitting the contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or requesting a demonstration does not by itself create a binding contract. Any supply of software, services or goods begins only under a separate written agreement, order confirmation or quotation that sets out scope, pricing and terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not misuse the contact channels for spam, unlawful content or impersonation.
• Do not copy, scrape or republish the content except as allowed below.

4. Intellectual property

The software, workflows, product names, text, design and other material on this website are owned by Greenwire or used with permission, and are protected by law. Our products are built in house and remain our intellectual property. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them for commercial use without our written permission.

5. Trading terms

Descriptions of our charcoal and textiles desks are indicative. Grades, specifications, availability, quantities, lead times and prices are confirmed per order in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Supply is subject to the terms on our invoices and order confirmations.

6. Third-party links and services

This website may link to third-party sites and services, including WhatsApp and government portals such as the NIC e-way bill and FASTag systems. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. No warranty

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to any separate agreement between us and a client.
