This policy explains how Greenwire Infocom Solutions Private Limited (“Greenwire”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit greenwire.in or use our workflow and trading services. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or government ID details through the contact form or WhatsApp.

3. Location, vehicle and FASTag data

Our products can process GPS location, geo-tagged photographs, vehicle details and toll-crossing (FASTag) records as part of a client's own logistics and compliance workflow. Where this involves a person — for example a driver — we process it only on the instructions of the client who engages us, and only where that client confirms it has obtained the necessary consent (such as the driver's consent for SIM-based tracking). For such data we act as a data processor on the client's behalf, and the client remains responsible for the lawful basis of collection.

5. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts. Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to us by email. WhatsApp messages you choose to send are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: service providers who host or transmit data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; a client, where the data belongs to that client's workflow; and authorities or auditors where the law requires. Your business data is never shared with our other clients.

Data is stored on secure cloud and server infrastructure located in India, with role-based access controls. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
