Our story

We are a general trading business that writes its own software.

Greenwire started in 2002 as a telecom software company, building IP PBX, IVR and ISP billing systems. Writing software that has to work every day is in our roots.

When we moved into general trading, buying goods in one state and delivering them to buyers in other states, we hit the problems every trader in India knows. Papers scattered across WhatsApp, drivers' phones and bilty books. GST officers asking us to prove a truck actually moved. Accountants re-typing the same invoice three times.

So we built the tools we needed, one workflow at a time, and ran our own business on them. Those tools are what we now offer to you.

Textiles: office bags and rugs

Our next desk designs and supplies textile products for offices, hospitality and corporate gifting. Designs are made digitally in house, and much of the material comes from spare cloth, fabric offcuts and leftover threads that would otherwise be thrown away. Production runs with partner makers in India's textile and weaving clusters.

What owners ask us first.

Is this software you resell, or your own?
Our own. Our team designed and wrote it to run Greenwire's trading business, and it still does.
Do I have to buy all six products?
No. Each module works on its own. Most clients start with one, often TraceGeo or e-way bill automation, and add others later.
Can you work with our existing process and Tally?
Yes. In the Adopt and Build models we start from your current process and your Tally Prime or ERP 9 data, and change only what is needed.
Do hired trucks need a GPS device?
No. Hired vehicles can be tracked through SIM or mobile-based tracking with the driver's consent.
Will you share how you handled GST notices?
Yes. The Learn model exists for that. We walk through the documents and evidence that matter, based on our own experience, alongside your CA.
Do you take custom design orders for office bags and rugs?
Yes, as our textiles desk launches. Send a brief with use, quantity, sizes and brand colours. We share digital designs and 3D previews first, then samples before production.
Are your textiles made from reused material?
Our upcycled range is. It uses spare cloth, fabric offcuts and leftover threads from textile units, sorted by colour and fibre. For other orders we can blend reused and new material to your brief.
Where is our data kept?
On secure cloud servers in India, with role-based access. Your data stays yours and is never shared with other clients.
How is pricing worked out?
Use is priced per vehicle, user or trip. Adopt, Build and Learn are quoted after the walkthrough, once the scope is clear.
